ROBERT BRIAN LOVELACE

November 29, 1967 ~ May 4, 2023 (age 55) 55 Years Old

Obituary

Robert “Rob” Brian  Lovelace was born November 29, 1967 in Tucson, AZ to Noah & Patty (Lovelace) Pollock. Rob transitioned from life on earth on May 4, 2023 in Oklahoma City, OK, surrounded by family and close friends.

Rob settled the last decade of his life in Duncan, OK and called it home. Rob loved rock music, especially Korn (and was a faithful listener of local radio station 94.1 Z94 out of Lawton, OK) and bad dad jokes. He was known to regularly share his bad jokes with random strangers in the Walmart check-out line. Rob was a fisherman and loved fishing trips to Utah with his stepdad, Bob.

Rob wore a tough guy persona but those who knew and loved him saw his kindness and thoughtfulness. Rob always knew what he wanted and didn’t want, even in his final days.

Rob was son, stepson, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, and most of all, friend to many. He is preceded in death by his parents, Noah Lovelace and Patty Pollock. He is survived by many family members: Bob Pollock (stepfather), Devin Lovelace (brother), Dillon Lovelace (nephew), Preston Lovelace (nephew), Dorothy Thomas (cousin), and Irene Clinginpeel (aunt). He is also survived by close friend, Tammy Carpenter of Duncan, OK.

Those who loved him and knew him best imagine he’s got one final joke.

“May the 4th be with you.”
