Leslie Sylvester Elliott was born May 1, 1964 in Nevis, West Indies to William and Florine Elliott. He was the youngest of six siblings, known to most as Baby Les. Later in his young childhood, Les and his family moved to St. Thomas, USVI where he was educated and developed a love for swimming, fishing, and horse races. Les became adventurous in his adulthood and decided to move to Texas. There he learned a trade in the electrical field that he enjoyed immensely which afforded him the time to travel around the world doing what he loved. Les enjoyed reggae and jazz music, good food, and socializing.
In February of 2003, Les met his best friend and wife Larri at a Caribbean party where they shared mutual friends. They were married on Thanksgiving eve and have one daughter, Imani Sade Elliott.
His zest for life and the people in it were immeasurable. Les enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, attending sports events, watching documentaries, playing dominoes, backyard cook-outs, going to the movies and sleeping though the credits.
His kind heart, generous soul, and his witty humor will clearly be missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
Survived by his loving and devoted wife Larri Ann Elliott and his children Imani Elliott, Myoshia, Terrair, Iyana, bonus daughter, Ashley Fuller and grandchildren. He also leaves behind his siblings Garfield Liburd, Hugh Elliott (wife Julie), Maurice Elliott (wife Bea), and Sonia Elliott along with a host of close friends, coworkers, and family members.
