Obituary

GEORGE (SONNY SPINACH) BUTLER DIED JANUARY 12TH 2022 IN OKLAHOMA CITY AFTER A LONG ILLNESS. HE WAS A LIFETIME ANADARKO RESIDENT BUT HAD MOVED TO MAYSVILLE RENCENTLY TO BE CLOSER TO FAMILYSONNY WAS BORN SEPTEMBER 5, 1936 IN ANADARKO, OKLAHOMA AND ATTENDED WASHITA SCHOOLS. HE ALSO SEVERD IN THE NAVY AND HAD WORKED AS A BUTCHER AT THE FORT COBB LOCKER PLANT AND MARVIN ABBOTTS PROCESSING FOR MANY YEARS. SONNY WAS A AVID HUNTER AND FISHERMAN, HE REALLY ENJOYED COON AND HOG HUNTING. SONNY REALLY  ENJOYED SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILYAND FRIENDS ESPECIALLY HIS GRAND CHILDREN.

SONNY IS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS PARENTS GEORGE CLAY BUTLER AND NORA LOUISE (LARRISON) BUTLER: TWO SONS EUGENE BUTLER AND MARK BUTLER; ONE BROTHER DARRELL BUTLER AND ONE SISTER FRANCES FEDDICK.

HE IS SURVIVED BY TWO SONS LARRY BUTLER OF BLANCHARD AND TROY BUTLER AND WIFE LISA OF MAYSVILLE.

EIGHT SISTERS SALLIE SUMNER, LAURA  JARVIS, MARIE NESTELL, LINDA HOELSCHER, KAREN HIGNITE, CONNIE CARY, DEBBIE WILLITS, DELITA BUTLER. FOUR BROTHERS BOBBY BUTLER, DALE BUTLER, DOUG BUTLER, TERRY BUTLER FOUR GRAND CHILDREN AND TWO GREAT GRANDCHILDREN ALONG WITH A HOST OF NIECES AND NEPHEWS AND DEAR FRIENDS.
