DIANA MAE (KEITH) WALKLEY

On Wednesday, May 26, 2021, Diana (Di) Mae Walkley, loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at the age of 73.
Di was born on July 4, 1947 in Aberdeen, WA to Jim and Arleta Keith. She graduated from High School in Amarillo, TX, where she met, and married at the age of 17, the love of her life, William (Bill) Wayne Walkley. They raised a son, Bryan Walkley, and a daughter, Deitra Macey.
Di had a passion for her family, Christmas decorations and for football. She loved being with her family first and was so proud of her children, and her grandchildren. In the fall she was always looking forward to the next OU football game and managing her fantasy football team. Di was also a devoted Christian with a deep faith. She was known for her sage advice, her kind and compassionate heart, and her gentle and loving spirit. At the same time, she was quick to tell-it-like-it-is, and be assertive when the need arose.
Di was preceded in death by her father, Jim, her mother, Arleta, and her nephew Jim (Jimbo). Her beloved husband, Bill, passed away just 2 days prior. She is survived by her children, Bryan (and his wife Allison) and Deitra (and her husband Sajid), her grandchildren, Lyndsey, Faith, Maddie, Jet, Bella, and Abilene, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service/celebration of Di’s life will be held on Saturday, July 24th at 11:30 a.m. at One Hope Family Ministry, 1005 SW 4th Street (East end of the building), Moore, OK 73160.
